Let's Tango Williamsport Symphony Orchestra

Tango is a dance that has influences from European and African culture. The dance originated in lower-class districts of Buenos Aires and Montevideo but later was incorporated in theatres and concert halls. Tango can be played, danced and sung and we will treat you with music by Piazzolla, including his famous Las Cuatro Estaciones or The Four Season of Buenos Aires along with more traditional songs.

Hector del Curto will be featured as Bandonoen soloist, one of the leading performers on this instrument, and be on the lookout! We may even have some dancers…
